- To use the service you must be at least 21 years old, resident in Italy and have had a driving license for at least 1 year, and have a credit card in your name and issued in your country of residence as the only payment instrument provided. At the Mobility Store, a financial credit card issued in your country of residence (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) is required to guarantee the service and any extras (€1 security deposit required). Debit cards and cash are not accepted.
- Subscription rental service dedicated to private customers, freelancers and companies. Only one subscription can be purchased and activated in the name of the same person. The subscription and the related rental service will have a minimum duration of 30 and a maximum of 360 days. After the first month you can cancel the service without penalty.
